This course will introduce you to using a Red Dot Sight on a pistol.  The RDS is not a new concept to pistols, but is quickly becoming commonplace.  With the proliferation of this sighting option, many shapes and sizes are appearing on the market.  This class will take the student through the many differences between these variances in optics and also iron sights and their role.

MATERIALS NEEDED

  • Serviceable semi auto pistol (.380, .40, .45, .357 sig or 9mm) with Slide-Mounted Optic
  • 250 rounds of ammunition (Must be factory frangible, available for purchase here)
  • 2 magazines and method of carry
  • Kydex or Leather Holster OWB (Strong Side only)
  • Sturdy Nylon or Leather Belt (No Battle Belts)
  • Closed toe shoes, T Shirt minimum and baseball style hat
  • Eye protection (Clear and Yellow Only)
  • Electronic ear protection

Duration: Up to 4 hours

Rules

  • Must be 100% sober. Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited. We have the right to deny service to anyone believed to be under the influence
  • Must not be mentally or physically prohibitive
  • Must be at least 12 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
  • Shooter must have a valid government issued photo ID
  • All reservations are non refundable but are fully transferable for up to one year from the reservation date
  • Waiver must be completed before experience takes place
