SB25-003 is scheduled for a hearing in the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. A rally organized by 2A Syndicate is planned for that day at 12:30pm on the west steps of the Colorado State Capitol.
Colorado Senate Bill 25-003 (SB25-003) proposes banning the sale and transfer of certain semi-automatic firearms, and its economic consequences could be severe. This bill threatens jobs, small businesses, tax revenue, and infringes on our Second Amendment rights.
