Shipping

Use Damage Factory's address as your shipping info:

Please make sure you enter the best PHONE NUMBER to reach YOU (packing slip). This is the ONLY WAY we will contact you.

Coordination

Provide this link https://damagefactory.com/ffl.pdf to the FFL you purchased your firearm from. They will need it in order to ship your firearm to us.

Pick-up

Once your firearm arrives, we will call and inform you to stop by the store to process your background check.

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive and process your firearm transfer(s).

We highly encourage customers to have accessories shipped directly to their home address.

Title 1 Firearm (FFL) Transfer:
$55 FFL transfer fee for up to 3 firearms per transaction
All transfers must be shipped from licensed dealers.
No separated parts / non firearm items will be accepted.

NFA Transfers:
E-Form 4 transfer is $150

  • We do Electronic Form 4 including your fingerprints and passport-size photos.

  • There are no transfer fees for NFA items purchased from Damage Factory.

Denials and Returns:
$55 transfer fee to return any firearms to a third party / your seller. This fee does not include the shipping cost.

  • In-Store purchase denial is $55.00

Shipping:

  • $35 transfer fee per firearm and the actual UPS ground / 2nd-day cost.

  • We package your firearm(s) per regulation.

  • Insurance may be purchased directly from UPS

Storage:

  • Non-NFA firearms begin to incur storage fees 14 days after Damage Factory has received and attempted to *notify the customer that action on their part is required (firearm received, background check response, etc).

  • Storage fees will incur a fee of $15 per week / serial number.

    * Notification means any attempted contact via phone call. Damage Factory cannot send text messages, and is not responsible if your voicemail box is full, your phone number is invalid, or your number is not provided by the shipping party.

    Layaway:

      • Down Payment: A down payment of 30% of the total purchase price is due at the time the layaway is initiated.

      • Term: The total balance of the layaway must be paid in full within 60 days from the date of agreement.

      • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total purchase price is part of the 30% down-payment at the time of placing the item(s) on layaway. This deposit will be applied towards the balance.

        Payment Schedule:

      • The Customer agrees to make regular payments towards the balance due during the 60-day term.

      Cancellation and Refund:

      • If the Customer wishes to cancel the layaway, any payments made will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit and any applicable fees.

      Pickup and Final Payment:

      • Once the total balance is paid in full, the Customer may start the background check.

      Failure to Complete Payment:

      • If the Customer fails to complete payments within 60 days, the layaway will be canceled, and any payments made will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit and applicable fees.

      Eligibility and Exclusions:

      • Only firearms that are $500 and over are eligible for our layaway program. You may have ONLY 1 layaway at any given time.
