About
In this class, we will take a brief dive into the operation and maintenance of todays’ Modern Sporting Rifles – the venerable AR-15 & AK-47. We will briefly discuss the theory of operation, then disassemble, clean, inspect, lubricate and reassemble the rifles. We will look at high-wear/stress items and discuss the replacement and of these parts. Also covered will be establishing a maintenance schedule.
Materials Needed:
- AR-15/M4/M-16 platform rifle
- AK-47 platform rifle
- Eye protection
Rules
- Must be 100% sober. Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited. We have the right to deny service to anyone believed to be under the influence
- Must not be mentally or physically prohibitive
- Must be at least 12 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
- Shooter must have a valid government issued photo ID
- All reservations are non refundable but are fully transferable for up to one year from the reservation date
- Waiver must be completed before experience takes place
