The ATF has recently flagged the Beretta 1301 Tactical 7+1 model in relation to the 922r regulations. These rules govern the number of foreign-made parts that can be used in imported semi-automatic firearms. To remain fully compliant, a shotgun like this can have no more than 10 foreign-made components from a specified list, which includes parts such as barrels, bolts, and stocks.
